How we diagnose heating faults
We work through the system logically: controls and wiring first, then circulation, then the condition of the water in the system. Flow and return temperatures tell us a great deal about whether the problem is a pump, a valve, air, or sludge restricting circulation.
Once we know the cause, we explain the options, whether that is a repair, balancing the system, cleaning the water in the system, or replacing a component that is at the end of its life.
