Masoud was punctual, efficient and super competitively priced. He was so responsive and communicative from the moment we reached out, and his brilliant service only continued when he arrived! Knowledgable and friendly, he resolved the issue in half an hour and explained it to me in simple terms. He was so patient fielding questions, too. And he reassured me he was available if I had anymore problems. I'll 100% be using this company again. I can't recommend them highly enough! Faultless service.

Masoud did our annual boiler and unvented water tank service and I can't recommend him enough. It was so easy to book with him, just a quick couple of messages over WhatsApp and the appointment was confirmed. He arrived when he said he would and was very friendly and helpful. He was thorough, showing me what he had done and giving me some advice. I greatly appreciated how thorough and efficient he was, as well as just being a very nice man. It was also great value for money. I highly recommend him and we will be using his services again.

Had a faulty fan on an old boiler. Called Newcastle Boiler Maintenance and Masoud arrived within a couple of hours and in 30 minutes or so had fitted a replacement fan and gasket. No sales pitch, no mess! Very reasonable price. Couple of hours later noticed a strange noise, text and call later he'd diagnosed the problem and came back first thing the next day... job done! Highly recommended! (Booked a service too!)

Masoud has serviced and provided safety certs for our rental houses and own houses for the past few years. He is an absolutely great guy, always happy and willing to help. His work is first class, he responds and attends at very short notice. Highly recommend. I would not consider anyone else as always delighted with the high level of service he provides.

Masoud has just completed a repair and service of my Vaillant Combi boiler. He managed to fit me into his schedule at relatively short notice. He is an impressive technician; anticipating the source of my problem and having the replacement part to solve it. He completed the service of the boiler efficiently leaving my kitchen as clean as when he entered. I can highly recommend him and will definitely give him a call in the future.

Masoud came to our rescue when we arrived home from work to find a pigeon stuck behind our gas fire. He arrived within 10 mins of calling him - was professional, polite and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend him. Overall brilliant brilliant service - thanks Masoud.

Masood maintains our boiler excellently and is always very polite, professional and knowledgeable when he's here. Recently we called him for an emergency removal of a live pigeon from our chimney behind the gas fire. He fitted us in, coming very quickly and then was expert in his removal of the fire and the bird - who he safely released. He really saved the day, and even capped off the fire which we had been meaning to do for ages. He's a lovely guy and top pro - we thoroughly recommend him!!

Wow! Amazing service from Masoud. He came out straight away at really short notice when our old-ish boiler had failed overnight in a cold snap. Within about an hour of calling it was diagnosed and fixed at a very reasonable price. He repaired another faulty part for free. Really great boiler technician. Recommend to anyone with a boiler!
